You may contact us 24 hours a day using our online contact form.  We will respond to you within one business day, usually within a few hours at most.  Our mailing address is PO Box 1034, Folsom CA 95763.

 

Shipping & Delivery 

Most of the time, the dresses you select will ship within 2-3 business days (not including weekends) and will arrive in 3-10 business days. We use various shipping methods, including FedEx, UPS, and US Postal Service. We will send you tracking information at the time the order is shipped.

However, is impossible for us to guarantee that every style on our website will be available when you place your order.  If this should happen we will not charge your credit card and we will contact you immediately so you can choose an alternative or continue shopping.

Contact us to find out the estimated ship date for the item you are interested in. Please include the style number, size and color of the item. 

International Orders 

We ship international orders via USPS or FedEx. Shipping time is generally 5-10 days. Your country may charge you customs duties, which we have no control over. Your order could randomly be held by customs which may delay the delivery of your order. This is of course out of our control. Please keep these things in mind when ordering internationally. If your country is not listed on our checkout, please contact us for assistance.

Privacy & Security Policy

We carefully safeguard your privacy and security.  Lingerie for Goddesses collects personal information only with your permission at the time of registration or newsletter subscription. Except as provided below, the information you provide will never be provided to anyone and cannot be accessed by anyone except our accounts and customer service teams.

All sensitive data, such as your address and credit card information, is gathered via secure encrypted pages. We use Authorize.net to process credit card transactions.  Authorize.net is a leading provider and widely trusted as a secure, standards compliant partner.   Our web site is subject to random verification by a third-party security specialist, in order to assure security.  All aspects of our web site as well as our office procedures have been certified as PCI Compliant

In order to provide the highest level of protection for your sensitive data, we do not retain your credit card information in any form.  Once the transaction has been securely processed through encrypted channels, we have no record of it, other than the last 4 digits of the card number.   This means we cannot add items to your order, even at your request, without obtaining the credit card number from you again.   This may at time prove to be inconvenient, both for you and for us, but this provides the greatest level of protection for this information for you.

We also accept payment via PayPal. The popular service allows members to safely send money online without sharing financial information with merchants.  PayPal provides their members with the flexibility to pay using their account balances, bank accounts, credit cards or promotional financing.  More information about the company can be found at PayPal.com.

When we ship to you, your name and address are furnished to the appropriate shipping partner, in order for them to make delivery.  Our shipping parters include FedEx, UPS, US Postal Service and endicia.com.

Our web site is hosted in the United States by Nexcess, a trusted and leading provider in the industry.   As with any web site, authorized personnel who are responsible for managing the server, may at times have limited access to data stored on their servers.  They are under legal and contractual obligation to adhere to strict security codes and protocols.  Under no circumstances will they have access to credit card or other financial data, which is transmitted only by encrypted connection to our trusted credit card processing partner (Authorize.net) and never stored on our server.
    
From time to time, we may engage the services of a third-party programmer or other information technology specialist for purposes of improving the services and security we offer.   Any such provider will be carefully vetted, and will be under legal and contractual obligation to adhere to strict security codes and protocols, and their access limited only to those areas which are necessary for them to perform their assigned function.  Any such third party will not have access to your financial data at any time.

Our newsletter is sent only to those who have specifically asked to receive it.  We adhere to the strict "double opt-in" procedure for subscribing.  This means we will never send you a newsletter unless you have confirmed your desire to receive it by clicking on an "opt-in" link in a confirmation email.   You can delete your subscription at any time, using the "instant removal" link that is provided with each newsletter. 

We will never sell or rent your information to others for any purpose.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All our items are 100% brand new and genuine products from well-known manufacturers.  We deal only with manufacturers who have a reputation for consistency in the quality of their designs, who we can rely on to perform exacting quality control inspections of their products before they are sent to our customers.  
    
Please refer to the sizing chart for each designer and be sure to measure carefully.   Different  designers use different size charts, so do not rely on a single size number when selecting your item.  If in doubt, or you are  between sizes, choose the larger size.  
    
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise for refund, less a 30% restocking fee. If you prefer, we will provide you with a one-time store credit, less $15 restocking fee for each item returned. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you use a coupon code for free shipping with your purchase, the outbound shipping costs incurred by Forever Elegant will be deducted from your refund or credit if the purchase is subsequently returned.

All returns must be within 7 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier.  You must contact us prior to returning any item, to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) which must be written on the outside of the box when making your return.   Shipments without the RMA  visible will not be accepted and will be returned to you unopened.  We strongly encourage you to use a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.  All merchandise must be returned in perfect, new condition, with all original tags attached, and must include undamaged, original garment bag and hanger.  Once any tags have been removed from the item, it cannot be returned under any circumstance. Merchandise that is not in the same condition it was sent may not be returned.

Because we cannot guarantee that a particular size or style will be available, exchanges will be processed as a separate transaction.  You will need to make your return and then place a new order.

 

Order Cancelation

Your order may begin processing immediately after submitted; it may not be possible to cancel an existing order even within the hour. 

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, including AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, as well as Pay Pal. 

We also accept payment by check or money order through postal mail.   Instructions and mailing address will be provided during checkout.   Payments by check will delay shipping of your order by up to 3 weeks, as we must wait for the funds to clear.

 

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to CA will have state sales taxes added to your total order, and to your shipping charges.
