All our items are 100% brand new and genuine products from well-known manufacturers. We deal only with dress manufacturers who have a reputation for consistency in the quality of their designs, who we can rely on to perform exacting quality control inspections of their products before they are sent to us.
Please refer to the sizing chart for each designer and be sure to measure carefully. Different designers use different size charts, so do not rely on a single size number when selecting your dress. If in doubt, or you are between sizes, choose the larger size. You can always take in a gown that is too large, but you cannot let out a gown that is too small. Most of our customers will need to have some type of alterations done to their gown. Please allow yourself ample time for alterations before your wear date.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise for refund, less a 30% restocking fee. If you prefer, we will provide you with a one-time store credit, less $15 restocking fee for each item returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns must be within 7 days of when the shipment is dropped off from the carrier. You must contact us prior to returning any item, to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) which must be written on the outside of the box when making your return. Shipments without the RMA visible will not be accepted and will be returned to you unopened. We strongly encourage you to use a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance. All merchandise must be returned in perfect, new condition, with all original tags attached, and must include undamaged, original garment bag and hanger. Once any tags have been removed from the item, it cannot be returned under any circumstance. Items that have a scent of smoke, perfume, or an odor of any kind are ineligible for return. Merchandise that is not in the same condition it was sent may not be returned.
Because we cannot guarantee that a particular size or style will be available, exchanges will be processed as a separate transaction. You will need to make your return and then place a new order.
