How To Take Your Measurements
To get an accurate body measurement, always keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor. Wear undergarments only; do not measure over clothing.
Once you know your body measurements, consult the Size Chart and Fit Tips on the product pages to determine which size you should purchase.
If possible, have someone else take the measurements so that you can hold still with your arms at your sides while the measurement is taken. You should take each measurement twice, writing down the measurement as it is made.

The measurements shown on size charts are body measurements. Locate your body measurements on the size chart to determine which size you should purchase. Do not rely on a "standard size" or the size that you "always wear", because there is no standardization of sizing in the fashion industry. Your actual size for can vary widely from one design to another, and people are ofen surprised to find that they need a different size than they had assumed. This is particularly true of special occasion gowns.
